He's probably saying "cheese" here. He likes to do that.
Here's a picture of my siblings and me in Washington that I forgot to post a couple weeks back. We were eating at a restaurant in Woodland called The Oak Tree, as you can see, famous, among other things, for its delicious cinnamon rolls.

Listen for Matthew saying "Come here, Ducky!" Cracks me up. He was also asking for bread after he saw the ducks. You can hear him saying "bread" too.
