Imagine It!

ImagineIt is an awesome kids' museum in downtown Atlanta by the Georgia Aquarium and the Coca Cola Museum. It's designed for children 8 and under. We all really liked this one. The place was set up kind of like a carnival in that there were lots of little booth-type areas in a huge room for people to wander in at their leisure. Some of the highlights as you will see were a fishing pond, an area for painting, a really cool ball machine, clothing to dress up in, sand pits, etc. Olivia and Matthew loved it.

Matthew wasn't too eager to go down this slide.

This was a real John Deere tractor from 1954. The kids liked this too.

This was a fun place where you could build anything, really, with pvc pipe.

Better explain this picture. There was this cool "fishing pond" with water and plastic fishies with magnetic pieces on their mouths. There were also fishing poles for kids to fish with. There were also nets and little toy froggies to catch. The play area also had raincoats for kids to put on so they didn't soak their sleeves. Olivia's got soaked anyway, but she had a blast! In this picture she is standing in a little bubble that peeks out on the pond.

This was sand--both Olivia and Matthew liked this. The sand was kind of was easy to pack and didn't get everywhere.
